REGISTRATION

FULL REGISTRATION: Registration fee can cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For an additional accepted paper (maximum two papers in total) associated with the same registration, the 56€ (including VAT) contribution will be charged. For each extra page (7 and more), the author will be charged with additional 25€ (including VAT). 
Full registration includes the entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Luncheons.

PARTICIPANT FEE FOR STUDENTS: This participation fee is valid when the authors’ team includes student(s) (Undergraduate or Graduate), and a student has to be the first author of the paper. Within this fee, only the student can be registered and attend the Conference.

LOW INCOME COUNTRIES: Under low-income countries, 2 groups are considered: Lower-Middle Income Economies and Low Income Economies country groups (please check here).

ONLINE PARTICIPATION: Under online participation is considered the attendance of the specific sessions that are available online. More information will be available later in the Programme of the conference.

ADDITIONAL PAPER: There could be only max. 2 accepted papers associated with the same registration/presenting author. Thus, only max. of 1 additional paper can be acquired within the same registration.

ADDITIONAL PAGE: Please count all additional pages from all your papers and add them all to the cart at once. Under “Additional page” is considered if your paper has more than 6 pages (7, 8, and so on). 

CONFERENCE DINNER: Conference Dinner is not included in the conference fee and will need to be purchased additionally for the fee of 90€ (including VAT). 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON: This fee includes admission to Welcoming reception and Conference Dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any type of participation (either it is for the presentation of papers or just attendance at the conference) must be covered by one of the fee categories (IEEE and NON-IEEE Member, Student IEEE and NON-IEEE Member or IEEE Life Member).

In case of cancellation of the participation in the IEEE E-TEMS 2027 after the payment was done or not acceptance of the submitted paper by IEEE Xplore or any other reason, the refund of the conference fees is not possible.

To be published in the IEEE E-TEMS 2027 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to pay a registration fee and must present the paper at the Conference.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the Conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the Conference or was rejected by the review form the IEEE Xplore.
