2025<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc5dfc6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc5dfc6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>FULL REGISTRATION:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Registration fee can cover the publication expenses of only ONE accepted paper. For an additional accepted paper (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>maximum two papers in total<\/strong><\/span>) associated with the same registration, the <strong>45\u20ac<\/strong> contribution will be charged. For <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>each extra<\/strong><\/span> page (7 and more), the author will be charged with additional <strong>20\u20ac<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/>Full registration includes the entrance to all Sessions, Workshops, an e-copy of the Conference Proceedings, Luncheons.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PARTICIPANT FEE FOR STUDENTS:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>This participation fee is valid when the authors\u2019 team includes student(s) (Undergraduate or Graduate), and a student has to be the first author of the paper. Within this fee, only the student can be registered and attend the Conference.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>LOW INCOME COUNTRIES:<\/strong><\/span> Under low-income countries, 2 groups are considered: Lower-Middle Income Economies and Low Income Economies country groups\u00a0(<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/datahelpdesk.worldbank.org\/knowledgebase\/articles\/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>please check here<\/strong><\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ONLINE PARTICIPATION: <\/span><\/strong>Under online participation is considered the attendance of the specific sessions that are available online. More information will be available later in the Programme of the conference.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ADDITIONAL PAPER:<\/strong><\/span> There could be only <strong>max. 2 accepted papers<\/strong> associated with the<strong> same registration\/presenting author.<\/strong> Thus, only max. of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1 additional paper<\/strong><\/span> can be acquired within the same registration.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ADDITIONAL PAGE:<\/strong><\/span> Please count all additional pages from all your papers and add them all to the cart at once. Under &#8220;Additional page&#8221; is considered if your paper has more than 6 pages (7, 8, and so on).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>CONFERENCE DINNER:<\/strong><\/span> Conference Dinner is not included in the conference fee and will need to be purchased additionally for the fee of <strong>40\u20ac<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ACCOMPANYING PERSON: <\/strong><\/span>This fee includes admission to Welcoming reception and Conference Dinner.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> <br \/>Any type of participation (either it is for the presentation of papers or just attendance at the conference) must be covered by one of the fee categories (IEEE and NON-IEEE Member, Student IEEE and NON-IEEE Member or IEEE Life Member).<\/p>\n<p>In case of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>cancellation<\/strong> <\/span>of the participation in the IEEE E-TEMS 2025 after the payment was done or not acceptance of the submitted paper by IEEE Xplore or any other reason, the <strong>refund <\/strong>of the conference fees is <strong>not <\/strong>possible.<\/p>\n<p>To be published in the IEEE E-TEMS 2025 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to pay a registration fee and must present the paper at the Conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution<\/strong> <strong>after the Conference,<\/strong> including IEEE Xplore\u00ae Digital Library, if the
